Yes, I have a dream. And it is similar to Martin Luther King’s dream.
I dream of love and freedom and peace for everyone. For every person, every animal, every being in the whole world. Of course, that’s a huge dream, and not likely to come true anytime soon.
Even so, a world can only be changed by small steps. And of course, the only person we can actually change – is ourselves. The dream of a world of peace, freedom and love begins with ourselves. Unless we find those things in ourselves, the world around us cannot have them.
Finding peace within ourselves is a tall order, let alone freedom and love. However, I believe I can offer a method to make the journey towards this lofty goal somewhat easier.
Yep: It’s EFT. The acronym stands for “Emotional Freedom Techniques”. Bascially, the idea behind it is to free ourselves from old patterns, belief systems and experiences that rule over us by causing difficult emotions. With the simple tapping technique that EFT is, we can ease the impact of these limiting patterns and step outside of them.
So my dream is also this: I dream that every child learns EFT in school. I dream that every parent knows EFT so they can reduce their own stress and then pass EFT on to their kids. I dream that every teacher knows EFT so he or she can relieve their pupil’s stress and fears about school. I dream that every doctor, surgeon and nurse knows EFT, so they can help their patients heal faster. I dream that every human being on this world knows and uses EFT to make their lives easier, more fun and filled with love.
Even that dream is far away. But if you feel like sharing my dream, the first step is getting that ebook on the right hand side of the page and start using EFT for yourself.
You can change the world, by changing yourself. Let’s do it!

It must have been a amazing experience to visit the house and church of Martin Luther King. He did manage to change the world, too. How humbling to walk where he walked.
