It’s quite possible to find a lot of joy in little things – and I encourage you to actively look for them.
That little burst of joy is a little inoculation against sadness, maybe even depression.
It works especially well because these little sparks of joy are not connected to anything. There’s no obligation about them, no conditions, no follow-up – just plain, simple joy.
This was my little thing of joy today, on my balcony.
