EFT is a perfect tool for self-help. And that’s why I’m offering it here, to all of you. However, using EFT for yourself is most useful, when you also take good care of yourself. And that’s what this post is all about.
I readily admit it: I’m not always taking good care of myself, either. When I get stressed, I stop cooking for myself. I eat too much chocolate. I play computer games to take my mind off. And yes, I know I can tap on all that, but at those times, I don’t even want to! So, my good coping mechanisms disappear, and I fall back on ancient, childish and non-supportive pseudo-coping strategies. Continue reading →
